oxom is a small, deliberately high-touch operation — there is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of the humans. Every address below reaches the same team; naming the topic just gets it routed faster.

Questions about an existing workspace, billing, or getting started on a plan. oxom onboards new teams personally rather than through a self-serve funnel, so this is also the right address for requesting access to the CUTTER, TEAM, and ULTRA plans. Replies are in German, English, or Dutch, normally within one business day.

Prices are not published on this site. For a quote, describe the team — how many people, what they publish, and which tools they are replacing — and you will get a concrete plan recommendation rather than a rate card. The SOLO plan is the exception: it is self-serve, with checkout inside the workspace.

Report a suspected vulnerability here, or follow the machine-readable policy at /.well-known/security.txt. Please include reproduction steps and give a reasonable window before public disclosure. The trust center at /security documents oxom's security posture, subprocessors, and availability commitments.

Developer & agent integration

API questions, MCP connector problems, or a redirect URI that needs registering for an agent client. Registration is deliberately manual — oxom does not implement dynamic client registration. See /developers for the full resource index and /auth.md for the authentication walkthrough.
