Setup

Set up the WhatsApp Business API
Create a WhatsApp Business API account via Kapso. Kapso provides the access token, app secret, phone number ID, and verify token.
Configure environment variables
Add WHATSAPP_ACCESS_TOKEN, WHATSAPP_APP_SECRET, WHATSAPP_PHONE_NUMBER_ID, and WHATSAPP_VERIFY_TOKEN to the workspace environment.
Link your number in settings
Open workspace settings → WhatsApp, enter your number in international format without the +, and save the link.
